You can make your profile private by visiting the Pivacy Settings on your account page. From there, you can choose which information you would like to make public, and which information you would like to make private.

We do not share any personally identifying information about you to any third party.

To report an error or problem with the site, you can contact us here.

You can update your email address on the Settings section of your account page.

To update your profile, you must visit the Edit Profile page. You can move through the different parts of your profile by clicking the tabs at the top of the page.

If you are aboslutely sure that you want to delete your account, you can do so here. Please note that your account will be permanently deleted and irrecoverable!

If you can't login, check to make sure that your "caps lock" key is off. Your username and password are case sensitive. If you still cannot login, you can request to reset your password or contact us.

If you like the network and would like to upgrade your member type to enable more interaction, please contact us.

Please note that only ITTO Fellows will be allowed to upgrade to the Member type.

There are three member levels: Guest, Associate, and Member.

Guests can visit the network and view most information, but cannot interact with other members (such as becomming friends or sending messages) or upload/download certain information (such as Achievements, Activities, and Publications).

Associates are not ITTO Fellows, but are those who want to have more interaction with Fellows. Associates have access to all areas of the network, however they cannot upload Achievements, Activities, or Publications.

Members are ITTO Fellows, and have no restrictions on the network.
